Our Focus is On You

From specialty contact lenses and dry eye treatment to myopia management and family eye care, we provide personalized solutions for your unique vision needs.

Personalized eye care for the entire family

Your eyes are unique—shouldn’t your eye care be too? We take the time to understand your eyes, your lifestyle, and your long-term vision needs. With Dr. Vivienne Velasco leading our experienced team, you can trust that you’re in good hands whether you need a comprehensive eye exam, specialty contact lenses, dry eye treatment, myopia management, pediatric eye care, or customized eyewear. We are also known for efficient, attentive care. Our office rarely runs late, and our staff stays on top of orders, prescriptions, and patient communication so your visit feels smooth from start to finish.

Adult Eye Exam

Schedule a comprehensive eye exam to update your prescription, check your eye health, and talk through any changes in your vision.

Contact Lens Exam

A contact lens exam helps us find lenses that fit comfortably, support your eye health, and provide clear, stable vision. We offer standard and specialty contact lens options.

Pediatric Eye Exam

Dr. Velasco sees children as young as 6 months old. Pediatric ophthalmologists, retinal specialists, and corneal specialists also refer patients to her for pediatric care and specialty contact lens fittings.

Diabetic Eye Exam

Diabetes can affect the blood vessels in the eyes and increase the risk of vision problems. Regular diabetic eye exams help detect changes early and protect your long-term sight.

Extended weekday availability

We know it can be difficult to fit eye care into a busy schedule. iFocus Vision Center offers extended weekday availability, including early and later appointment times during the week, so patients have more flexibility when scheduling care.

Our current hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the office closed daily from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for lunch.

Comprehensive eye care

At iFocus Vision Center, we go beyond traditional eye care and offer a range of services for a lifetime of clear vision and optimal eye health. Many eye diseases can go unnoticed until they reach advanced stages. Using the latest diagnostic technology, Dr. Velasco can catch these diseases in their early stages when they are most treatable.

Unique eyewear solutions tailored to your eyes

Many of our patients come to us frustrated because they have been wearing glasses that don’t seem to be working for them. They may struggle with headaches, blurry vision, and other uncomfortable symptoms. Our experienced optometrist will conduct a thorough examination to determine the root cause of your vision issues and recommend customized solutions that work best for your unique eyes.

Specialty contact lenses for complex vision needs

Dr. Velasco has a special interest in helping patients with abnormal corneas and complex contact lens needs achieve clearer, more comfortable vision. She provides customized specialty lens fittings for patients with keratoconus, post-LASIK or post-RK corneal changes, corneal transplants, eye trauma, and other conditions that can make standard contact lenses difficult to wear.

She also fits prosthetic contact lenses for patients with iris or corneal abnormalities. For patients referred by corneal specialists or those who have been told that contacts are not an option, a specialty fitting can help identify a more comfortable, stable solution.

Specialty contact lenses may help patients with:

  • Keratoconus
  • Post-LASIK vision changes
  • Post-RK needs
  • Post-trauma eyes
  • Corneal transplants
  • Irregular corneas
  • Dry eye or contact lens discomfort
  • High or hard-to-fit prescriptions
  • Iris or corneal abnormalities requiring prosthetic lenses

If standard contacts have not worked for you, Dr. Velasco can evaluate your eyes and recommend a customized option, including scleral lenses when appropriate.
